New Mill Building for Lafarge - West Thurrock

In December 2003 Wright Brothers successfully completed the installation of a new Mill building at Lafarge Aluminates, West Thurrock Works.
The Mill building, complete with all internally mounted material handling equipment, was fed by a new troughted belt conveyor, also designed, manufactured and installed as part of the project. The £930,000 contract was installed within the clients timescales.

Wright Engineering have developed  an intimate knowledge  for the handling of cements, aggregates and rock, based on over 20 years experience.
We have provided low maintenance, high production availability installations for many well respected industry leaders such as Lafarge.

Our Design and Project Managers worked closely with Lafarge Engineers to ensure that the large pieces of bespoke handling equipment , specified by Lafarge Process Engineers, was correctly mounted for efficient production and also ease of maintenance

The integrity of the deign meant that despite the production requirement needing the large centrifugal separator being mounted high up in the structure, vibration and building movement is non existent.
