New De-Watering Screen for Hanson Aggregates
Wright Engineering has just completed a De-Watering Screen project for Hanson Aggregates.
Our remit was to detail the existing screen, fabricate and then install a replacement.
The initial detailing work was to draw the existing screen on site and then to produce a comprehensive set of drawings for our fabrication facility.
The fabrication aspect was to fabricate the bare screen, stress relief all the required parts and to paint the finished article to the client’s specification.
Once manufactured and painted our installation brief was to strip down the existing screen and to remove it through the roof of the building; we then had to change over all the screen mats and replace any worn or broken parts.
The final phase was to then lower the new screen in to place and build the drive unit and chute work back onto the new screen.
Once again our in house capabilities have guaranteed and delivered a precise, seamless and rewarding project for our client.
