Challenging project at Lafarge Monuntsorrel granite quarry , to update their screening system. The Order Value of £577k was to design, manufacture and install over 50t of steelwork, modify 5 existing conveyors, supply 2 new conveyors and reposition a stockpile stacking conveyor, as well as replace an existing 20t single deck screen with 2 new 5t screens.
All of this was to integrate new and existing equipment and conveyors in to an existing building while maintaining production.
The modification to the existing system was to give them greater capacity and reliability.
Project delivered on time and on budget, and produced the required capacity increase. Reliability is also showing significant improvements
