Wright Supply New Tile Embossing Machine.

Designed and developed to meet the needs of Britain’s foremost manufacturer in the field of Plasterboard Products. Wright Engineering designed, manufactured and installed this fully automated machine Tile Embossing Machine as a turnkey project.

Designed to meet the exacting standards required by British Gypsum Limited, and now running successfully at one of the company’s premier sites in the UK.
This machine was tested at our factory and accepted by customer’s representatives prior to installation at the works

Working in a high pressure production environment the machine was designed and built to last and is controlled by a single operator panel which allows staff to operate the machine in fully automatic mode for normal production.

The machine is loaded with board stacks by forklift truck and then processes the boards before restacking the completed product for forklift removal.
The Allen Bradley Plc Control System also allows quick and easy fault finding and also the option of manual operation of individual components for maintenance personnel.
