New Aggregate Cement and Additive Supply Systems for Shawell Works.

Wright Engineering were able to supply the complete solution to the Mixing and Batching system requirements of Redland Roofing Systems Limited at their Shawell Works near Rugby.

The brief from the client was to install an Eirich mixer
into an existing building with the facility to produce and deliver two distinct mortar feeds to the nearby tile production facility. We then designed, supplied and installed the complete Aggregate, Cement and Additive Supply Systems.

Working closely with the Control Engineers, we installed a mixing system which runs without the need of a mixer operator; consistently producing the quality of mortar that is critical for Redland Concrete tile production

The complete system was designed with easy access to all areas for safe and efficient maintenance. All access and operator platforms were designed and supplied by Wright in close conjunction with the customers staff. This ensured that the operators on the production line would gain quick access to any areas they required.
