As we all know, the law requires us to conduct Risk Assessments. each and every employee.
Included in the Ensure Screen is;
■ A comprehensive Health Assessment with our RGN.
■ Blood Pressure Evaluation.
■ Heart Rate Test.
■ Urinalysis.
■ Vision Test.
■ Hearing Test.
■ Spirometry (Lung Test)
■ Height, Weight, Waist measurement and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation.
■ Blood Sugar analysis (discretionary)
We conduct the Ensure Health Screen in the hope that it does not fi nd any underlying, previously un-known condition or something that maybe employment related - but when it does our services do not stop there. At the very core we want to provide a family orientated, holistic service.
Each person will be given;
■ A copy and an explanation of the test results.
■ Direction towards any complimentary services we feel would help.

How it works in practice.
Appointment letters, health questionnaires and consent forms will be sent to the employee - This facilitates a cost effective, time managed service for everyone concerned.
We will conduct the required tests on your premises, at a time to suit you and your employees - We want to add value not cost.
The ‘Ensure’ and ‘Influence’ Screening could be run concurrently -To minimise disruption.
Your HR department will receive information as to when and what screen has been conducted - To assist verification of an employee’s capabilities when compiling risk assessments.
Employees will receive a copy of the results and direction to helpful services if required - Understanding the information and off ering support will add value to the service.
The employee will be issued with a photo-ID card to illustrate their participation in the service - Carrying an ‘In date’ card will assist others in the workplace gauge capabilities or risks.
