The Wright Rockmaster offers the ultimate in crusher mounted hydraulic breaking technology. Developed over many years and now exported around the world, the Rockmaster boom arm and breaker offers the complete solution to blockages and bridges in the primary stone crusher.

Designed to individual specification the Rockmaster structure can be fabricated to enable the boom arm and breaker to tackle the most difficult crusher problems. Detailed planning in the early stages of each project ensures that every package is fully compatible with any particular quarry and its own specific requirements.

Each aspect of the Rockmaster structure is individually designed and manufactured in our own factory. Design emphasis is placed on fatigue life, ensuring all welds sustain, without fracture, including all the varying stress concentrations. The boom itself is soaked at high temperature to relieve stresses created during construction, and both boom and dipper are shot blasted to eliminate strain. Once assembled each unit is subjected to rigorous testing before leaving our factory.

Installation is carefully and extensively planned in conjunction with site personnel, ensuring not only a safe and professional procedure, but also an efficient and speedy installation, often within 24 hours.

STRENGTHENING:
Boom and dipper sections are extensively reinforced with high grade steel plate at specific points to ensure long life.

LINKS AND LEVERS:
Robust links and levers combine with powerful ram effort to produce high force to the breaker connecting points.

HYDRAULIC BREAKER:
Various hydraulic breakers can be fitted to the Rockmaster dependent on customer preference or requirements.

SLEWING SYSTEM:
The twin ram system gives a constant torque through 180 degrees of travel, with large diameter pistons and end damping to cushion any tendency to over travel.

SIDE SHIFT:
A side shift operation is available as an optional extra. A unique facility, the side shift allows the whole Rockmaster boom arm and breaker unit to traverse a horizontal plane. This enables the most difficult of blockages to be accessed and overcome from an infinite variety of angles.

Side shift clamping relies on 4 pistons released by a single control and automatically re-engaged immediately a boom service is operated.
