Sound Proof Control Cabins
Our Control Cabins are the ideal unit from which to operate your equipment, offering a completely dust free working environment. Manufactured to individual size and specification, our standard control cabins are double-glazed with toughened glass, sound insulated, and provides noise reduction over a range of 20 – 30 dB (A), dependent on application.

Sound Insulation
Sound insulation is achieved by sound absorbent mineral wool sandwiched between 3mm steel plate and galvanised perforated sheet lining.
Additional Features
A range of additional features are also available dependent on requirements. These include air conditioning, air filtration, additional sound insulation, lighting, heating, pressure ventilation and an anti-vibration facility.
Available Options
Control cabins are available either as part of the hydraulic breaker package or as a simple unit; from which other operational procedures can be carried out.
Rockmaster Electro / Hydraulic Control Unit
This control unit has been designed and developed to enable operation of the “Rockmaster” boom arm and breaker from longer distances where a more comfortable or practical location may be favoured. Featuring a luxurious seat, internal joysticks, vision monitor and infinitely variable electro-hydraulic controls, this unit can be operated with ease from safer, less stressful environments.

The advantages of the Rockmaster Electro / Hydraulic Control Unit are as follows…
- Makes full use of an existing control room building.
- Operated from any position on site.
- Easily adaptable for any hydraulically operated machine.
- Labour saving advantages.
- Instant and simple installation.
- No pressure drop over distance.
Mounting the spool block and flow diverter close to the boom enables short hoses to be fitted during assembly, eliminating the need for any hydraulic pipe fitting on site. A simple quick-release plug socket arrangement couples the 25 core cable between the machine and the control unit.
The Rockmaster control unit can be used to operate any hydraulically operated equipment where safety and comfort is paramount.
