Project Management
We understand that in some cases installations can cause major disruptions for businesses, as such our experienced project managers will manage the entire project for you, ensuring that resources are continually maximised whilst keeping production downtime to a minimum.
All of our site personnel are directly employed and as a minimum hold CCNSG Safety Passports and undergo mandatory work-related health screening on an annual basis.
Safety is our Priority
Safety is our number one priority and we ensure the correct equipment is provided to our team for the task in hand. Certified plant, access and tooling is made readily available to our workforce to facilitate each project demanding schedule, a large portion of which is owned rather than hired further reducing our reliance on external sources.
Offered as part of a project or standalone service, our commitment to delivering a service that is second to none ensures guaranteed customer satisfaction.
Risk Assessments
We are fully conversant with the requirements to provide method statements, risk assessments, safe systems of work etc., for any work being carried out at a client’s site. Our site managers and supervisors are equipped with laptops with direct access to our company server. This allows access to all our safety documentation, employee certificates and ensures that our safety paperwork remains current on site.
This approach has ensured that Wright Engineering is the “go to” company for many “blue chip” organisations in the UK. Only our consistently high level of performance on site, with regard to safety, quality and timescale, have allowed us to continue to provide site installation teams for companies such as Lafarge, British Gypsum, Tarmac, Bovis Lend Lease and Lentjes for so many years.
We have, and continue to, operate in the building materials, power station, news print and waste sectors, complying with all their complex requirements.
NEBOSH Qualified Safety Managers
Our site managers and site supervisors are qualified to IOSH management of safety standards.
All our site personnel hold Client/Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG) “Passports to Safety”.
Qualified Appointed Persons, Banksmen and Slingers in line with the Lifting Operations and Equipment Regulations 1998, enabling us to plan and manage our own crane lifting operations.
